Building a Standards Layer - Theory and Practice

Here are the presentations given by Virgil Green and Pam Schnebelen at the IUC97, EUC97, and IUC98 conferences. The production of both the IUC97 and IUC98 CDs had "technical problems" which resulted in versions that were not usable as intended. This should give you all you need. A copy of the Read Me file is included below.

Before you view these presentations, you must run the ScreenCam viewer once to prepare it for use on your system. After running it once, it can be invoked automatically by the running presentation.

The group model provided was built with Obsydian 2.2a. It has since been upgraded to Obsydian 3.0. You will need to extract your own local model to work with it. All Entities, diagrams, and functions described in the presentation are included in the model.
